    The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill on page 6, line 75, after the words “That the person” by inserting the words “other than an individual owning the dwelling”; and

    On page 12, line 59, after the words “That the person” by striking out the words “or entity” and inserting the words “other than an individual owning the dwelling”.
